The butterfly valve is designed for use as shut-off or regulating valves for flow control in heat and water supply systems, in technological processes of food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries.
Pneumatic actuator is designed for automation of industrial valve control process with maximum torque up to 2128 Nm. Pneumatic actuator can be installed on various quarter-turn valves according to the instructions. The flanges must comply with iso 5211.
The pneumatic valve is used for control in pneumatic system having NAMUR docking surface for mounting the valve through through holes in the body. Electromagnetic control is realized by means of a voltage coil [napriazhenie_pitaniia].
The electropneumatic rotary positioner is used for controlling pneumatic rotary actuators by means of an electric controller or control system with an analog DC output signal with a range of 4 to 20 mA. The function of the positioner is based on the balancing of forces. The positioner uses a nozzle-flap type device and a feedback servomechanism (spring and lever system) to balance the control and feedback forces when the pneumatic actuator (valve) reaches the position corresponding to the control signal.
