Santa Rosa Structural Bracket made with Cellular PVC.  Commonly used for our Window or Garage Arbour Kits or Canopies.  Being made from PVC, this bracket is made to last a lifetime.  It readily accepts paint should you choose to paint it. PVC Adhesive and Masking Tape are included if the bracket needs to be assembled on-site.

Note that the non-load bearing version is shipped assembled and hollow, and the back panel is open with mounting cleats that are tapped in place.  
The structural version is also shipped with the back panel open, and the SIDE panel is tapped in place.

 If you choose to use this bracket to support a beam or rafter, then order with both the SIDE and TOP panels taped to be later glued after the bracket body has been installed around the steel or wooden structural frame.

We've conducted informal tests on our aluminum frame and found it capable of supporting up to 100 kg (220 lbs), which we believe is sufficient for decorative rafters or similar ornaments. However, if your needs extend beyond this, such as supporting canopies, balconies, or any project requiring a building permit, we recommend opting for the PVC bracket without our aluminum frame. For such purposes, we advise consulting with a local engineer to design and produce a frame that fits within the interior space of the bracket.
