Twice Per Day is formulated with bioavailable ingredients, which means your body doesn’t have to work as hard to use the nutrients. The B vitamins are already in their active forms and your body can just use them right away because it doesn’t have to convert them! Minerals require certain amino acids for absorption, so we include those amino acids right in the capsule, that way your body doesn’t have to wait to get them from your food before utilizing the minerals.

Twice Per Day can be taken as a single dose if that is easier for you, but we designed it as two capsules so it can be split into two doses if you want to replenish the water-soluble vitamins throughout the day. One cap at breakfast and lunch is what we recommend!
