Another good project not to be missed! Walter's Haydn compilation. I would like to dedicate this to Mr. Kuniyoshi Uno, who recently passed away. It is nice to know that most of the recordings are live recordings. Live recordings of Nos. 86, 88, and 96 with the New York Philharmonic are extremely rare. The NBC Symphony Orchestra gives us a sense of impatience, but the NYP shows us a more relaxed and easygoing side. No. 88 "V-shape" is a very unique performance, not inferior to Furtwängler, Kuna, and Arbentroth. The New York Philharmonic's No. 96 "Miracle" is also included in two different versions. One is the New York Philharmonic's 1954 version, which makes full use of its horsepower, and the other is the stylish French National version. It is a great performance that you should have both of them. And the "Army" with the renowned Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, which shows off its aristocratic tone. Muse Trade
