This organic Criolla is a beautiful nod to Argentina’s winemaking heritage—grown at 1,050m in Las Compuertas and fermented gently in concrete eggs. An elegant, almost translucent red, it’s packed with rose petals, summer berries, and a soft, spicy lift.
The skins are removed early, after just four days, creating a wine that’s somewhere between a very light red and a seriously grown-up rosé. The tannins are fine and graceful, the fruit delicate but expressive. Chill it slightly, and enjoy with or without food.
