This exceptional rum is a blend of extra-old Barbadian rums, some aged up to two decades, showcasing the depth and complexity of Barbadian rum-making. The rum undergoes a meticulous double-aging process: first aged in tropical Barbados in ex-bourbon barrels, then matured further in France in Cognac casks, using traditional French techniques.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Rich aromas of coconut cream, banana, vanilla bean, toasted almond, and orange peel.

• Palate: Full-bodied and velvety with notes of crème brûlée, ripe pineapple, baking spices, cocoa, and sweet oak.

• Finish: Long and smooth, with lingering flavors of dried fruit, leather, nutmeg, and a touch of tobacco.
