A low-intervention orange wine from Good Intentions Wine Co (imported by Lo-Fi Wines), made as a Riesling and Pinot Gris co-ferment from the Coola vineyard at Kongorong, Mount Gambier, on limestone and flint. Carbonic-macerated, foot-stomped and skin-fermented for three months then aged untopped in barrel for nine months, giving a deep gold-orange wine with grippy tannins and structure. Bruised stone fruit, ripe pineapple and quince ride a mineral, high-acid line. Note: store tags list a Magnum; the verified 2021 retail bottling sourced here is 750ml.
