Astro Line — Shadow of Orion

The Horsehead Nebula is one of the most recognizable silhouettes in the night sky — a towering column of cold hydrogen gas rising from the Orion Molecular Cloud, backlit by the brilliant emission nebula IC 434. What astronomical imaging reveals is a structure of extraordinary drama: deep crimson hydrogen emission glowing behind the dark pillar, soft violet and magenta dust drifting across the region, bright blue stars illuminating the surrounding gas from within.

This pen translates that drama into resin. Deep black captures the dust column's sculptural mass. Rising red echoes the hydrogen emission behind it. Silver scatter across the body mirrors the starfield suspended in the surrounding glow. Each pour is individually mapped to the nebula's natural color architecture — and because resin moves, no two pieces resolve the same way.

Each pen is hand-poured and hand-turned in-house, making every Horsehead Nebula a one-of-a-kind artifact. Approx. 145mm capped, balanced for daily writing, fitted with a German-made Jowo #6 stainless steel nib in your choice of grind, and compatible with international cartridges or converter.
