Astro Line — The Cosmic Wreath

Barnard 3 is a dark molecular cloud in the Perseus constellation, illuminated by stellar winds carving through interstellar dust. Captured in infrared by NASA's WISE mission, it reveals a wreath-like structure — a glowing green ring of PAH-rich dust surrounding a vivid red core, suspended against a sparse blue-white starfield, with dark molecular shadows drifting at the edges of the frame. It is one of the quietest, most haunting structures in the winter sky.

This pen holds that architecture in resin. The deep black starfield anchors the body. A luminous green ring echoes the PAH emission wrapping the cloud. The section's crimson hue mirrors the red dust knot at the Wreath's center. Each pour attempts to reconstruct the nebula's layered structure — and each one resolves differently, because that is the nature of the pour.

Each pen is hand-poured and hand-turned in-house, making every Barnard 3 a one-of-a-kind artifact. Approx. 145mm capped, balanced for daily writing, fitted with a German-made Jowo #6 stainless steel nib in your choice of grind, and compatible with international cartridges or converter.
