Drink twice a day. Once in the morning after breakfast and once before bed. Use one teaspoon per cup, add slightly more water than the cup's capacity. Boil for 3-4 min, then strain and serve. If it is challenging to acquire to the taste, you may consider adding lemon or stevia.

Nutrify Seed Cycle Follicular

Start from the first day of your follicular phase. Take one tablespoon of the ground seed mix. Take a sip of water over it if necessary.
