Positioned directly in front of the pan rail, it ensures efficient workflow while standing up to constant use with sharp utensils.

Built with all stainless steel construction, including the front, sides, back, interior liner, and floor, this unit offers long-lasting durability and resistance to dents, corrosion, and daily wear. The interior cabinet features coved corners for easy cleaning and is equipped with six adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for organized refrigerated storage.
