Style it with your favorite trousers or dark wash jeans for a versatile and stylish look.  Top measures 26" in length.  Bust measures 18" from underarm seam to seam.  Bust measurement taken with smocking unstretched. Measurements taken on a small.  Actual fabric does not have stretch but there is a ton of stretch in the smocking.  This has an easy fit (it's not a fitted smocking).  Your normal size should be loose.  If in between sizes or wanting a less loose fit, size down.  If you're an XL, a large should work.  Be sure to watch the fit video on the app for more information.
