Beautiful black floral and polka dot lace 80s party dress by the king of glam, Victor Costa! It has a bateau neckline at front and deep V at back, long sheer sleeves and a tiered skirt with rear ruffle. There is a large bow adorning the left shoulder and it has a nude interior layer with a sweetheart neckline.
It fastens up the centre back with a plastic zipper, concealed beneath the cascading ruffle. The sleeves fasten at the wrist with a small snap.
