Yes — this radiator uses OEM inlet and outlet sizing, so your existing hoses and thermostat housing bolt straight up. No adapter fittings needed.

Do I need to flush my cooling system before installing this?

Flush out the old system first. Sediment and rust from the failed radiator can clog the new core and damage your water pump. Clean coolant only once the new radiator is in.

Does the oil cooler require any special plumbing?

The oil cooler lines connect to your transmission cooler lines — same routing as factory. If your truck already has an external transmission cooler, the oil cooler in this radiator supplements it. No extra work needed.
